It’s close, but I lack the skills to make them anywhere near as pretty as hers. At least I can try and it should taste the same (I hope). Glad to have access to unbelievable amounts of wild blackberries during the summer and a good freezer to keep them in year-round. So, in February you can enjoy stuff like this.
The little ST400 is all set to hit the road once again. I have a little bit of oxidation on the wheels to take care of, but all the mechanicals and everything is set to go. Rides nice, shifts perfect, stops on a dime (really good for single-pivot brakes).
Made quick work of repacking the rear hub and getting the drivetrain all sorted out. Shifts perfectly on the stand with the new chain.
